We are extremely grateful to our current funders:

The Community Fund

In 2019 Phoenix was very fortunate to receive five years funding from The Big Lottery Fund. This is the third time that we have received Lottery funding and we are extremely grateful to the lottery for supporting us again. This funding is fundamental to our service.

Children in Need

We were fortunate to receive a further three years funding in 2018. This funding has been continuous since 2015 and during this time the young people have achieved some fantastic outcomes as part of this project.

Hertfordshire Community Foundation

In 2019 this organisation funded a Social Action project and BSL Resources project. This funding has taught the young adults about taking action to help others and the resources project will be launched soon. In recent months HCF have helped to support us through the difficulties of Covid – 19. This has been essential in helping to reduce isolation and promote the well – being of our members.

This is a vending machine company based in Stevenage who have been very generous to Phoenix, paying for some family outings and financial support to Phoenix and individual support to members. They gave us a wonderful donation of toys at Christmas that we were able to raffle off and besides making some children very happy indeed, it also helped with our fundraising efforts.

Shortbreaks Local Offer

This is funding available to Phoenix when children participate in activities ( please see further information on Shortbreaks)

Our Dedicated  Annual Fundraisers!

Mark Churms and Tony Bayford run an annual Phoenix Charity Golf Day and raise a substantial amount of funding that contributes to supporting our work, thank you so much to them and the golfers that take part. Pearl Cooper has also worked hard to raise funds for Phoenix every year by participating in an annual sponsored swim, many thanks to you Pearl.

We have also received funding from Individual donations and Stevenage Borough Council, Herts County Council BBO project, MBDA and the Edward Gostling Foundation.

We are extremely grateful to all of our funders, thank you very much!
