How to Join

The Phoenix group welcomes Deaf young people between the ages of 0-30, living in Hertfordshire to join. Unfortunately, if you live outside of Hertfordshire, we are unable to accept your registration due to funding restraints. Please contact your local authority to see what support is provided in your area.

For parents, carers or young people between the ages of 0-17, please complete this membership form

Register as Parent / Carer

For adults aged 18-30, please complete this membership form

Professionals and Referrals

We work closely with a range of other services who work to support D/deaf children and young adults. These include HCC Sensory Services, Deaf CAMHS, Children’s Centres and the Children’s Hearing Services Working Group (CHSWG).
