The Phoenix group welcomes Deaf young people between the ages of 0-30 years living in Hertfordshire and more recently, living in Bedfordshire too. Unfortunately, if you live outside of these areas, we are unable to accept your registration due to funding restraints. Please contact your local authority to see what support is provided in your area.
