Any young person over the age of 11 years is welcome to join the Youth Group and their meetings. It is a great way for them to get to know more hearing-impaired / deaf young people, do things together and have fun! :)

Young people are able to choose the activities they want to do and help organise them. Meetings usually take place twice a month at the weekends and during school holidays – your young person will be made to feel very welcome.

Phoenix Open Day

On Saturday 3rd July Phoenix are hosting an Open Day to highlight what our organisation can offer young people in the area. This is your opportunity to see what we do and experience some of the techniques we use in our work with deaf and hearing impaired young people and their families within Hertfordshire.

We are also celebrating winning a Lottery bid to fund our new Youth Participation Worker and activities for Youth Group members over a five-year period.

It promises to be interesting and interactive morning.

We do hope you can join us between 10.30-12.30pm at our offices in the Stevenage Voluntary Centre, Swingate, Stevenage SG1 1RU.
