Telephone skills workshop

Summary
This workshop will introduce you and your child to the principles of developing telephone skills. You can try out a range of phones, work out how to connect a hearing aid or cochlear implant to a mobile phone and work together to learn how to use the telephone more easily. The workshop is for children and young people aged 7 to 14 years.

Resources
Participants will be given information about the range of telephones available and strategies to help them begin to use the phone more easily.
